Director / Senior Leader – Salesforce Sales & Delivery

This role will lead the growth of Salesforce and digital capabilities, driving both new business opportunities and successful delivery across sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and expansion of the Salesforce and Digital Solutions practice
- Act as a subject matter expert in digital transformation, customer strategy, and large-scale platform implementations
- Drive sales of Salesforce and digital technology solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Build and grow new client accounts with multi-year revenue opportunities aligned to sales targets
- Oversee profitable delivery of transformation and technology programs
- Strengthen market presence across Southeast Asia through strategic leadership and capability development
- Expand Salesforce offerings across core platform, industry solutions, marketing, and commerce domains
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead talent development, recruitment, and retention within the transformation team
- Promote a strong client-focused culture and deliver high-quality customer outcomes

Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, architecture, or consulting
- Strong experience selling and delivering Salesforce-based solutions across industries
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce platforms in enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology-enabled business transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build and leverage industry and partner networks to drive business growth
- Experience working in client-facing leadership roles
- Results-oriented, client-focused, and collaborative leadership style
- Willingness to travel as required
